HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. To enter, complete and submit the online entry form at www.privatecollegeweek.com including name, age, birth date, address, phone, e-mail address, and if appropriate, list a "referred by" contact with name, telephone number and or email address, and completely answer all questions on the entry form.

Entries must be submitted and received between 12:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") March 15, 2013, and July 1, 2013, 11:59 p.m. CT to be eligible. Only those online entries received by Sponsor by 11:59 p.m. CT on July 1, 2013, will be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, damaged, or misdirected entries. Only one entry per individual. Duplicate entries will be disregarded, and entrants who attempt multiple entries may be barred or disqualified.

FIVE "Go Grant" prizes will be awarded, each a $1,000 grant paid to a WAICU- member college or university in the winning entrant's name, to be applied to the tuition, upon entrant's successful enrollment at that member school no later than the fall 2015 Term. The Go Grant award is also subject to verification of potential winner's identity and eligibility to satisfaction of Sponsor. Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, conducted by WAICU.

Two additional winners will be chosen on or about July 31, 2013, as the persons who helped refer the most potential students to PrivateCollegeWeek.com for the purpose of entering the Go Grant drawing. Eligibility will be determined by the number of successfully completed entries listing a "referred by" contact name, telephone number and/or email address which will be found on the entry form. Incorrect or incomplete forms will not be counted as part of the qualifying entries. In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen in a random drawing from the qualifying pool of finalists. If you have won this prize in the past two years, you are not eligible to win. The winner of these drawings will be awarded an iPad2 computer.

In the event that the potential winner is determined to be not eligible or is not enrolled in a WAICU- member school by the fall 2015 Term, one or more alternate potential winners will be chosen by random draw until the Grand Prize is awarded. Sponsor may, in its discretion, adjust the fall 2015 enrollment deadline to a later date if necessary in order to accommodate the prize award to an alternate winner.

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The award is not transferable; no award substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed. Scholarship prize will be awarded in the name of the verified, eligible winner only. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. WAICU's decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND QUALIFICATION: Potential "Go Grant" winners will be notified by e-mail, phone or mail and will be required to respond within ten business days, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen. An affidavit of eligibility, publicity release, and mutually acceptable liability releases will be required and must be returned within reasonable specified time or prize will be forfeited and alternate winner chosen. Photo identification, grade transcripts, high school diploma or equivalent, etc., may be required at this or any later time in order to confirm identity and eligibility to satisfaction of Sponsor and selected member school. In addition, the payment to the member college or university will not be made until the entrant's enrollment is confirmed. Failure to enroll will result in forfeiture of the award and selection of an alternate potential winner.

If the winning entrant is not yet 18 years of age and will not attain that age before entry into the WAIC- member college or university the winner's parent or legal guardian may be required to accept the award and assume responsibility for fulfilling the obligation under these rules.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent that his or her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.

The winner's name may be posted at www.waicu.org, www.privatecollegezone.org, or privatecollegeweek.com upon confirmation of eligibility and award of scholarship.
